Remuneration Committee

The regulations of the Remuneration Committee define the duties of this permanent committee of the Supervisory Board. The Remuneration Committee focuses on the remuneration of the members of the Executive Board. Proposed changes in this regard are submitted to the shareholders’ meeting for adoption.
